How to Remove Duplicates from Contextual Menu

If you have problem with OS X 10.x, Open with Duplicate Item in Contextual Menu
This is maybe so effective solution.

First open terminal, then excuting under commands, and logout (or reboot)

/System/Library/Frameworks/

CoreServices.framework/Versions/A/Frameworks/

LaunchServices.framework/Versions/A/Support/

lsregister-kill -r -domain local -domain system -domain user
